Hello, I’m Srinath Krishnakumar, a gameplay and narrative designer passionate about crafting unique yet intuitive player experiences.
With 3 years of hands-on experience in Unity, I specialize in breaking down complex gameplay into clear, state-driven systems for both players and enemies. My technical design background allows me to rapidly prototype mechanics with minimal programmer support, ensuring faster iteration and smoother development cycles.
I also create detailed design documentation, translating creative ideas into structured, actionable guidelines that streamline implementation for programmers and the wider team.

Additionally I write stories with emotionally resounding themes with deep subtext that sparks curiosity and relatability within players while fitting it into the context of the tonal, gameplay, level, quest and technical design of the game which reinforces the same.

Journey Through Jurassic
Gameplay/Level Designer/Game Tester
"​Journey through Jurassic" is an RTS base-building game where players control a mining bot that mines resources to build turrets to defend he base from enemy dinosaurs.​

Provided critical feedback on the tutorial prototype and a clear list of mechanics to be polished.

Helped in balancing Turret and Dino stats.​

Collaborated with the Design team and documented a new concept for the tutorial, along with a mockup.
Veins of the Abyss
Game Writer
"​Veins of the Abyss" is a dark fantasy Souls-like where you play as a fragile, formless slime that can possess enemies to steal their strength. Descend into a forgotten underworld born from the death of gods, master deadly combat by claiming the bodies of your foes, and uncover the ancient corruption stirring once more beneath the earth.

Wrote a synopsis of the game world and the events from the starting of the game to the present.

Wrote character sheets, along with reference concept art.​

Collaborated with the art team and the team lead to create the teaser trailer for the game.

Collaborated with the club leads and professors to bring game events like Utkrishta, and GGJ 25 to life. Conducted an interactive BootCamp, teaching the basics of Unity 3D to Materials, animation, and importing a 3D character controller.
